Your total refund from all orders placed through your referral link will be credited back to you, via the method of payment used when you originally placed your order, when we ship your Mini to you.
Mini will begin shipping Summer 2014. We understand you have places to go and people to see! Exciting things can happen between now and shipping time, so we will contact you once we are ready to ship so you can provide a current shipping address for your order.
All pre-order sales are final and we will not be offering any refunds during the pre-sale period. Once the Mini ships and you receive it, you may choose to return it and be eligible for store credit.
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to ship to any international locations. If you provide us with an address within the United States we will be glad to ship your Mini to this location. You can can use your international credit card to complete the transaction.
No need to worry! Your credit cards will be safe (and fashionably stored) inside Mini.
Yes! A small cross-body chain will be included with Mini. Don't want to use the cross-body strap? No worries! You will be able to tuck away the chain when you don't want to use it.
There is no need for a phone case when using Mini. Your Mini will work as a case. Please note, if you place a case on the phone, you will not be able to insert it into Mini.

Mini will charge your iPhone 1% or more per minute, from zero to 100% at least 3 times. This should provide smartphone use for at least 48 hours.
Mini is currently available for the iPhone 5/5s. Creating a new product is a process, and development takes time and money. We hope to expand Mini to other phone models in the future, but we cannot give a definite date at this time.

By placing your order you allow us to focus on what we do best, make products that you want before you know it. And it helps us get them to you sooner than would have otherwise been possible. We are creating brand new technology and this is expensive, but as we proved with our first breakthrough product, the Everpurse clutch, making something that is packed with tech and still looks gorgeous is possible. In fact, we delivered thousands of them in 2013 to customers in over 36 countries. With Mini we are pushing the limits again. And with your pre-order, you too can be one of the very first to enjoy an amazing new product.
The $5.00 fee per unit will cover shipping to the continental USA, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska. As long as your address is in the USA, we can ship you a Mini!
Nope, you don't need a case or modifications for the Everpurse to work with your phone. Just drop the phone in the pocket and it starts charging. Our patent-pending docking system physically connects to the phone to start charging. However, if you would prefer to use a case, you can either use the Everpurse-certified case that comes included with every Everpurse or use almost any other hardshell case.
Please note, the following phones will not fit with a case in the Everpurse: iPhone 5c, Samsung Galaxy S III, and Samsung Galaxy S IV .
Everpurse will charge your phone from 0% to 100% approximately twice in one day. (And you can even leave your phone in the purse while it's on its charging mat for more charging power!)
The rate of charging depends on how much charge your Everpurse has; but generally it charges your phone by about 1% every 1-2 minutes. Note that charging the last 10% of your phone battery takes the longest.
If you upgrade your phone, you can contact us to let us know about your phone change. We'll then set you up with an exchange order. (Note that there is a $50 dock upgrade fee.) You can then send your Everpurse back to us at our office. We'll upgrade your Everpurse with a phone dock for your new phone and ship it back to you with in two weeks.

Absolutely! It is perfectly safe to keep your phone in your Everpurse all day long, even when it does not need to be charged.
The Everpurse charging mat comes with a power adapter. You can leave it mat plugged in wherever is convenient for you—at work, at home, wherever—and drop Everpurse onto it when your Everpurse needs charging. We suggest leaving Everpurse on its charging mat overnight so that it has a full charge the next morning.
For optimal charging performance, leave your Everpurse on its charging mat for 6-8 hours. To ensure that the your Everpurse is properly aligned with the charging mat, slowly slide your Everpurse onto the top of the mat until you hear a gentle beep and see a blue light turn on at the front your charging mat. You should also be able to feel the pull of the magnets in your Everpurse charging mat aligning with the magnets in your Everpurse.
- Everpurse is 8.5" x 7".
- The leather cross-body straps are about 48 inches, and the fabric cross-body straps are adjustable from 24 to 48 inches.
- Currently, it is not possible to interchange the wristlet and cross-body straps for the Everpurse.
- For both fabric and leather bags, the wristlet strap is removable. For our fabric bags, the cross-body strap is also removable. For leather bags, the cross body strap is not detachable.
- Each Everpurse model comes with strap custom-designed to match that Everpurse's specific fabric and color.
Please make sure the charging mat adapter is plugged into a power outlet, and the adapter is connected underneath the mat. Keep in mind that the light on the mat will only turn on when the purse is placed on the mat.
Your Everpurse needs recharging! Place it on the charging mat for several hours, after which you'll be able to charge your phone again.
If your charging mat is beeping, no need to worry! This simply indicates that your purse isn't aligned correctly with the mat and your purse will not charge. Remove your purse from the mat, then slide the purse slowly onto the mat until you hear a single beep and see the blue light turn on at the front your charging mat.
The limited warranty only applies to the original purchaser and lasts for 6 months from the date the purse has shipped from our office to the customer. If you experience issues with your purse after the warranty has expired, you will need to pay for the $50 revision/repair fee and the cost of shipping the purse to our office. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and our support guru will provide instructions on shipping the purse to us and paying for repairs if necessary. If the purse is shipped to our office with out payment or explanation, the purse will be returned to the sender's address.
